Samuel has 13 years of experience in the real estate industry, starting as an investor and property manager. In addition to being directly involved in dozens of successful real estate transactions, Samuel’s experience includes structuring and negotiating complex acquisition strategies for residential and commercial properties. Samuel is fully bilingual and obtained his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Ottawa and a Master’s from Université Laval in Québec. He also completed his Mortgage Agent training from the Real Estate and Mortgage Institute of Canada.
